Life transitions

What problem do you strive to overcome?

Issues and complications arise at every life stage. Dealing with something you've not tackled before can seem overwhelming. Maybe you're feeling lost or stuck. Uncertainty or confusion around best steps forward can cause even greater distress.

Deciding to work with a therapist might feel like a big deal. It might seem scary to have to share personal information with a stranger. I get that. And, I know the feeling of relief and hope when a burden is shared with another who has some tools to help.

I aim to provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. Based on the change you desire, we will co-create goals and action plans that are manageable and help you feel better.

The ocean has always brought me back to a place of calm and ease. The sights, sounds, smells, and sun on my back combined bring me joy.

More than just my work:

  1. My adult children inspire me to try new things. I ran a half marathon after watching my daughter conquer one and applied to grad school after watching two children earn graduate degrees.
  2. I love lunch and a walk with a friend, reading a great novel, and doing a puzzle with family.
